How long can we usually receive the samples?
It depends on factors such as the type and material of the product you need to process, as well as the country and region you are in. With years of experience, we have a dedicated logistics department to arrange the most suitable and fastest logistics method for delivery, usually within 10-20 days.
Where can I get product and price information?
You can send an email to our mailbox, in which you can attach the drawings and physical information of the product you want to process. After we receive your email, our professional quotation department or technical personnel will immediately reply to you.
What format of drawings does the quotation support?
You can provide commonly used design software such as CAD, Solidwork, UG, ProE that supports formats such as DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, x_t, etc. Of course, PDF format is also essential.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time of the product will not change significantly after being confirmed by both parties, usually 20-25 working days. If there is an urgent situation, it can be raised during the quotation, and we will provide a quotation based on the product and delivery time In the case of urgent delivery, the prices of parts may also be raised slightly.
How to ensure that product technical parameters such as tolerances, roughness, etc. meet the requirements?
In terms of product technology, after we receive your drawings and technical requirements, professional technicians will confirm to ensure that we can meet your processing requirements. If we can meet your requirements, we will proceed with the next quotation. Of course, if there are uncontrollable factors that affect the accuracy of the product during the processing, we will promptly contact you to discuss a solution together.
What materials can be processed and supported?
General carbon steel (S25C, S35C, S45C), iron (SS400), mold steel (SKD11, SKD61, SKS, SCM, etc.), copper (C3604, phosphor bronze, pure copper, etc.), aluminum (50525056606160636082707507120172014, etc.), stainless steel (304316303, SUS440C, etc.), insulation materials (POM, PE, PP, PEC, PVC, nylon, etc.) can all support processing. If your workpiece material is special, please specify it clearly before the initial quotation process so that we can purchase in a timely manner.

We usually do not experience delivery delays because we have a rigorous production plan in place before each production to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, since our establishment, there have been almost no instances of delayed delivery. Of course, if there is really a delay, we will work overtime and strive to complete it in the shortest possible time. Minimize losses. What packaging methods do you have for items?
We have dedicated packaging personnel for product packaging. They will choose appropriate packaging methods based on the characteristics of the product and different transportation conditions to ensure that the product arrives intact and undamaged in front of you. For example, for fragile and easily damaged products, we will choose to add foam. For rust prone products, we will choose to apply rust inhibitors. For large products, we will choose suitable fixing methods, and of course, we also accept the packaging methods you specify.
