Although we are a long-standing export company with rich experience in exporting related products, considering that your company may be our new customer and there may be special circumstances in your country and region, it is necessary to provide your company with a detailed introduction to the trade process,which includes quotation/documentation/processing/shipping/after-sales service, etc.

1.Quotation

After you send us the drawings, we will provide a quotation. But there are the following precautions you need to read:

*The trading currency is either US dollars or Japanese yen

*In order to shorten the quotation period, if your company has any hope for a price, you can directly propose it

*The quotation items include: product model, name, unit price, quantity (weight), total amount, packaging fee, shipping fee, and total amount.

*The trade methods include FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU, etc.

2. Annotations

*If you and we agree on the quotation and other terms, please send us the order form as soon as possible. Please record all the items that should be recorded in the order book, such as product model, quantity, etc. Please inform us of the payment method and payment time before confirming.

*After the first cooperation, if the quality of our products and service attitude satisfy you, then you can establish a long-term partnership with us. If there are basic contracts and confidentiality agreements during the cooperation process, please send them to us, and we will carefully read and comply with the terms of the contract.

3. Production

*After both parties reach a cooperation intention, we will immediately prepare production according to the drawings and orders, and a dedicated production department will consider the production cycle and process. Of course, if you have any questions during the processing, we will contact you via our email and phone. After the product is processed, we will inspect, package, and ship it according to your regulations. We adopt a comprehensive inspection approach and keep inspection records. We have a dedicated packaging department for packaging, and you can choose any packaging method you want. After packaging is completed, the product, inspection sheet, and drawings will be shipped together.

4. Shipping

*We will ship according to the agreed shipping method and time to ensure that you receive the complete goods and various testing materials related to the goods on time.

*The transportation methods are divided into air freight and sea freight, and we will inform you in advance of the estimated time required for transportation.

5. Payment

*If the material cost of the order you placed is not very expensive, we can consider not allowing you to pay the deposit in advance.

*After receiving the goods and passing the inspection, please settle the fees before the 10th of the following month.

*The remittance procedures are handled by your company, and the withdrawal fees in China are borne by us.

6. After sales service

*As stated in [clause 3], our goods are inspected through full inspection and a record of the inspection is kept. But when your company detects defective products, we follow the following response methods:

*If there are any problems with the product before the agreed delivery date, please send the defective product back to us for correction or remake, and all shipping costs during this period will be borne by us.

*If there are any issues with the product after the agreed delivery date, we apologize and kindly request that it be repaired by your company. The repair cost can be deducted from the product amount as long as it does not exceed the product amount.
